Refunds and Returns

Once you’ve purchased this product, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products.

However, if you’re unhappy with the product for any reason, refunds may be given at my sole and absolute discretion. Contact jack@thebrandvoiceguy.co.uk

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider.

You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.

I reserve the right to alter any of my prices from time to time.

Fair Use:

When you purchase access to the DIY Brand Voice Toolkit you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Toolkit or your login details with anyone else. 

3. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on The Brand Voice Guy’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
